Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Management: Monitor and manage the company's credit accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth credit transactions and resolve any payment issues
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on credit status, outstanding debts, and collection progress for senior management
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers, setting appropriate credit limits
• Dispute Resolution: Handle and resolve any disputes or discrepancies related to invoices and payments
• Compliance: Ensure all credit control activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations

Experience:

• Proven experience in credit control or a similar finance role
• Be able to use finance systems, such as Sage
