We are looking for a Senior Dynamics CRM Architect with expertise in:

• Dynamics CRM customization (entities, workflows, plug-ins, JavaScript, web resources).
• .NET technologies, SQL Server, Power Platform, and SSRS.
• CRM functional areas like Sales, Marketing Automation, and Service Management.
• End-to-end implementation experience across multiple Dynamics CRM/365 versions.
• Agile methodologies and full SDLC processes.

What you'll do:

• Lead and deliver impactful CRM solutions.
• Mentor teams and ensure technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies.
• Troubleshoot, support, and optimize CRM implementations.

Your Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and implementation.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, C#, and Web APIs.
• Hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Microsoft certifications (a big plus!).
