Requirements of the role

Analyze and document business requirements and processes for Dynamics CRM implementations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.

Configure and customize Dynamics CRM to align with business requirements.

Conduct detailed testing and validation of CRM solutions.

Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring effective use of CRM systems.

Develop reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
