Xcede are excited to be partnering with growing retail start up (already profitable) in their search for a CRO Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing their online sales funnel to maximize conversions, enhance user experience, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze website performance data to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout processes.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to create and implement CRO strategies.
• Monitor and report on test results, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• STEM Degree is preferable
• 2+ years of experience in a CRO role, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg).
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
