CTO & Co-Founder (m/f/d) for turnus.ai (new venture)

About the Position

We are looking for an ambitious and motivatedChief Technology Officer & Co-Founder to join our latest venture ideas, shaping the technical development and vision of our product and playing a key role in shaping our company as we move towards launch.

Requirements

• In-depth expertise in (AI) engineering, machine learning and full-stack development

• Experience in developing and scaling SaaS solutions, ideally in a dynamic start-up environment

• Strong understanding of technical architecture and DevOps processes

• Proven experience in leading technical teams and cross-functional collaboration

• Visionary thinking and the ability to combine technical innovation with customer needs

• Fluency in English (German is a plus)

Your tasks

• Hands-on development and responsibility for (AI) engineering and full-stack development

• Development and implementation of the technical product strategy in close coordination with the founding team

• Ensuring the excellent response quality and performance of the solution

• Responsibility for the architecture and implementation of complex technical systems

• Establishment and maintenance of DevOps processes for scalable product development

• Integration and optimisation of machine learning algorithms in product development

• Collaboration with the product team to optimally translate customer requirements into technical solutions

• Ensuring a best-in-class user experience through technical innovation

• Actively presenting pitches and technical presentations to investors
