Customer Service Administrator, Temporary Role, Northamptonshire Based, Immediate Start Customer Interaction: Responding to customer enquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner Providing information about products or services Assisting customers with orders, returns, and refunds
