This manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team due to the growth and success that they're having.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, including processing customer orders, handling customer queries and complaints, providing quotes, liaising with suppliers, dealing with deliveries and more. You will also be liaising with various internal departments and building effective relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be fluent in another European language, e.g. French, Spanish, German, or Russian for this role. Your previous experience working within a manufacturing environment and within customer service administration will help you succeed in this role. You will also be able to access the office in Middleton. You will have excellent customer service skills, along with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. You're a team player and have a brilliant work ethic.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an excellent salary of £25,000. Hybrid working is also available after you have gone through their training programme, and after around 3 months, you will be able to work from home 2 days a week. Other benefits include a great holiday allowance, pension, private healthcare and much more.
