We have a fixed term contract opportunity for 12 months in our Corporate Driver team based in Slough.
Salary will be £24,297 per annum for this role.
Purpose of role
- Provide clear and accurate service and support to our customers
- Manage customer queries and requests through both email and telephone calls to a successful and timely resolution
- Deliver a professional and engaging 'front of house' service to our customers and external contacts
Key Responsibilities
- Deal with incoming calls and emails from drivers, fleet contacts or Franchise partners
- Resolve all issues by telephone as far as possible and maintain personal ownership for any which are passed to other teams for resolution
- Provide timely and accurate information to our customers to minimise queries and complaints
- Deliver client specific tasks and processes within agreed SLAs
- Utilise all tools & systems provided by LeasePlan and its suppliers
- Build rapport and confidence within our customer base
Skills, Experience & Background
- Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
- Excellent command of spoken English to enable telephone communication with customers
- Good command written English to enable email communication with customers
- Customer facing experience
- Ability to deal calmly and professionally with customers on the telephone
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to show empathy and support to customers
