Customer Success Manager / SaaS
Location: Edinburgh
Working Model: Hybrid working - onsite 3 days p/week.
Salary: £35k (OTE £45k)
Our client is recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join the business at an exciting time of growth. Working closely with the Sales and Support Teams, you will be a necessary part of the onboarding and implementation of new customers as well as ensuring seamless adoption of the platform.
You will be responsible for:- Own the process ensuring new customers are onboarded successfully.
- Manage onboarding plans.
- Educating end customers ensuring they are confident with the platform.
- As the customer is onboarded, ensuring continued relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Providing support, guidance, and ongoing necessary support on the platform.
Candidates will have worked within a B2B environment and be confident and comfortable engaging and working with end customers.
