The Role:

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be key to retaining and growing our service contract portfolio. Your responsibilities include:

1. Developing and executing customer success plans to maximize product utilization
2. Preparing and negotiating contract proposals to ensure on-time renewals
3. Building strong client relationships, attending performance reviews, and advocating for their needs
4. Analyzing performance data to drive growth and identify cross-selling opportunities
5. Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Finance teams to deliver exceptional service

About You:

• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Contract Manager, or similar role
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Consultative selling experience with technical aptitude
• Highly organized, proactive, and passionate about customer success
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Comfortable with travel for client meetings
