Job Description

My client, a secondary school are looking for a Data Administrator to support them on a temporary basis. The main duties include;

Maintenance of student records on school's MIS
Account administration on third party systems
Responsible for management and timely resolution of helpdesk tickets
Troubleshoot customer issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
Administer, run and support all business processes carried out by information services

The role is due to start ASAP for 1 month and you will need a DBS on the update service.
