About us:

We are a high-end professional services consultancy and solutions firm specialising in providing business and technology services to the financial services sector. We foster a culture of openness, integrity, and collaboration, aiming to deliver optimal services for our clients and create a positive and equitable working environment.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Data Administrator with strong experience in data management to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting MUFG's project to establish a centralised repository or 'golden source' of loan data on the LoanIQ platform. You will be responsible for overseeing data entry, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the migration process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work mostly remotely with occasional onsite requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration and entry of loan data for the LoanIQ platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Support data cleansing efforts, identifying and correcting data discrepancies before migration into the centralised repository.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality standards are met, reducing operational risk.

  • Assist with the integration of loan data into the 'golden source' repository, helping MUFG leverage this data globally.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of data in accordance with project timelines, aiming for completion by 31/03/2024.

  • Maintain accurate documentation for data administration processes to ensure transparency and future maintainability.

  • Provide ongoing administrative support for data integrity and assist in production support matters when necessary.

  • Liaise with team members and line management to prioritise work and adhere to agreed data handling standards.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in data administration, particularly within data entry, data cleansing, and maintaining data accuracy.

  • Familiarity with financial data management, especially within loan data or similar financial systems like LoanIQ.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members to meet data project requirements.

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to managing data administration tasks.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle & SQL Server in Unix and Windows environments.

  • Understanding of data migration and integration processes.

  • Familiarity with data governance and regulatory requirements within financial services.

Join us:

If you're ready to take on the challenge and contribute to important initiatives like MUFG's centralised loan data repository on LoanIQ, we would love to hear from you. Our recruitment team is keen to meet dynamic individuals looking to further their careers in data administration.

We are an equal opportunity employer, and employment practices are based strictly on merit. Equal opportunity is given regardless of sex, sexual orientation, marital status, race, age, disability, gender reassignment, pregnancy and maternity, religion, or ethnic origin.
