Data Analyst - Banking
£450 per day
London - (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking dynamic and resourceful individuals to join our technology practice as Data Analysts, with expertise in extracting and analysing data, primarily focusing on delivering key insights within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract large datasets from the CAMMS GRC Tool using SQL and process them effectively.

  • Use Python to analyze data, creating meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Present data in user-friendly formats such as Google Sheets and create visually appealing dashboards.

  • Address the challenges of limited reporting capabilities in the CAMMS GRC Tool by developing tailored solutions for data analysis and reporting.

  • Streamline and automate the reporting process to replace the current manual effort involving multiple individuals.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide clear, impactful data visualizations and analysis.

  • Maintain accuracy and quality in all data-related deliverables while identifying opportunities for improving reporting efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in extracting and processing large datasets, ideally using SQL.

  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and manipulation.

  • Expertise in creating dashboards and presenting data in Google Sheets.

  • Familiarity with the CAMMS GRC Tool or similar GRC tools, including data extraction and reporting capabilities.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex datasets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and working styles.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

  • Team player with a proactive attitude and an ability to work independently.
