Depot Manager

• Salary: £30,000 per annum
• Location: Oxford
• Job Type: Full-time, Night Shifts - Thursday - Monday, 2.30am - 11am

We are seeking a Depot Manager to join our warehouse team, which is the heartbeat of our company. This role is crucial for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and productivity across our warehouse departments. The position requires a proactive individual, ready to take on night shifts and Manage our operations with dedication and expertise.

• Supervising all staff. Providing training and coaching and identifying training needs
• Providing accurate reports that highlight any challenges or successes
• Working closely with the management team to identify potential risks
• Maintaining a high level of health and safety at all times
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and company policy
• Working to an annual set budget and forecast

• Mandatory forklift license (training funded by the company).
• Experience in warehouse management or people management in other sectors.
• Background in a fast-paced environment, preferably from a 24/7 logistics, warehouse, FMCG, or similar industry.
• Ability to manage a large operation and liaise at all levels.
• Outstanding communication skills and the credibility to effectively build relationships.
• Experience in planning and executing warehouse operations.
