Role Overview:

The Design Assurance Lead Engineer ensures products meet high standards and leads a small team focused on testing and improvement. This role involves testing, troubleshooting, and enhancing product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform product testing and quality checks.
• Help develop and prepare product prototypes.
• Troubleshoot product issues in-field or production.
• Develop testing tools and work with external testing bodies.
• Lead and manage a small team, setting goals and overseeing performance.

Candidate Profile:

• Professional and organized with strong communication skills.
• Problem-solver with attention to detail.
• Experience in electronics and Embedded software.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.

Required Skills:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• Knowledge of electronics and Embedded software (eg, C/C++/Python).
• Fluent in English, proficient in MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience leading a small team.
• Industry experience in electronic product design or testing.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Embedded design, battery applications, ATEX, and GSM technology.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance standards.
