Job Description

Overview of the Role

Following our appointment to a major UK water consultancy framework in 2024, we are seeking two Team Leaders to manage multi-disciplinary teams and lead the delivery of our Clean Water and Wastewater programmes. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. You will work closely with technical discipline leads and client stakeholders, fostering collaborative partnerships that drive innovation and efficiency.

As the framework evolves, these positions offer excellent opportunities to shape future-proofed solutions that integrate the latest digital technologies while also mentoring and developing the next generation of talent within our organisation.
