Job Description

Desktop Support Officer - Ayr - Contract

Lorien's Public Sector client are currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Officer to join on a contract basis, inside of IR35.

The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:

Working with both admin and clinical staff to co-ordinate delivery of IT equipment
Driving van to various site locations with IT equipment
Surveying clinical venues to test networks to highlight any potential issues
Monitor stock of iPad equipment which includes updating, cleaning and rotation
Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to staff
Adding BitLocker encryption to laptop devices
Supporting other areas within the department
Full UK Driving Licence
