Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, you build relationships in a specific sector, enabling you to become a specialist in your market, managing relationships with customers in a specific portfolio and developing a network of contacts within your market.
You can perfectly match your prospects with your candidates. Establish a real relationship with community members and know their expertise inside out.

Responsibilities
  • Should have experience in selling permanent/contract/ freelance staffing solutions
  • Generating new Sales lead and Account management
  • Manage its own portfolio of consultant and P&L
  • Achieving individual Sales target
  • Maintaining and retaining relationship with existing clients and develop a new business
  • Industry preference - IT staffing/recruitment
  • Regular meetings with clients to understand their business and maintain good relationships
  • Sourcing business opportunities and leads to generate new clients
  • Using creative techniques to find the right candidates for your clients
  • Screening and interviewing
  • Negotiating offers and terms of business

Profile description
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through Sales efforts.
You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

The successful candidate has the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration/Engineering or Sales field related
  • 2 - 3 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • A first working experience in IT Services
  • Fluent in French/Dutch & English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Result oriented
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
  • Team spirit but can be at moment very self-focused
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
