Digital Business Analyst

50% on-site in Brussels, 50% remote working

Fluent in Dutch, French, and English is essential.

As a Digital Business Analyst Expert, you will be the crucial link between IT and business teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of business needs. Your role will involve identifying, collecting, and analysing business requirements, and performing functional/technical analysis to refine demands for implementation. You will proactively manage roadmaps, and action lists, and handle risk, quality, and issue management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage requirements and communication, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs.
• Act as the liaison between stakeholders, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
• Plan and facilitate meetings, ensuring follow-up on all actions.
• Provide expertise in the search and implementation of digital marketing solutions.
• Identify the impact of business specifications and system changes on existing processes.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for IT departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within Engineering, Business partners, Operations, and IT departments.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT or Business Analysis.
• Experience in digital transformation projects in a consulting/client-facing environment.
• Strong project management skills and understanding of Agile-Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Technical background with a good understanding of IT solutions.
• Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis and understand workflow processes.
• Preferable experience within a financial institution and knowledge of BPMN.
