DIGITAL 360 ACCOUNT DIRECTOR LUXURY & BEAUTY EXPERT M/F

PERMANENT CONTRACT

YOUR PROFILE

VML, an international marketing and communication agency, is looking for a passionate and experienced Account Director to support our prestigious clients in the Luxury & Beauty sector. If you are a natural leader, with a keen understanding of the challenges of these demanding markets and aspire to evolve in a stimulating and collaborative environment, this position is for you!

With 5 to 7 years of experience in a communication agency or consulting firm, you have acquired a 360 vision in digital communication/marketing. In addition, you are comfortable managing large, international, and strategic client accounts. You have a perfect understanding of the codes of luxury and beauty, having already worked for clients from these sectors.

Thanks to your commercial acumen, you know how to maintain trusting relationships with your clients and identify business opportunities. Your critical, strategic, and creative thinking allows you to be proactive. You enjoy defending your ideas to convince your clients, negotiating, and selling the projects we create for them. A team builder, you know how to build strong relationships with colleagues, guide them, and share your expertise.

Fluency in English is mandatory for this position. A second language is a plus.

YOUR MISSIONS

Reporting to our Business Director, you will work on all the digital campaigns we produce for our clients in the luxury sector. As an expert in the operational management of the accounts you are responsible for, you are experienced in managing internal teams and partners, as well as in business development. Your missions are as follows:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Be the primary point of contact for our Luxury & Beauty clients, build a lasting relationship of trust, understand their business challenges, values, and ambitions. Lead client meetings, present strategic recommendations, and campaign reports.
  2. Strategic Development: Develop and propose innovative and creative 360 marketing strategies, in line with client objectives and budgets. Identify growth opportunities and propose solutions to develop their market presence. Supervise the implementation of strategies and ensure their follow-up.
  3. Project Coordination and Management: Brief and coordinate internal teams (creatives, strategic planners, media experts, digital teams, studio ) to guarantee the quality of deliverables, respect of deadlines and budgets. Organize and lead project meetings, manage priorities, and solve any problems.
  4. Business Development and Prospecting: Actively participate in the agency's business development by identifying and prospecting new potential clients in the Luxury & Beauty sector. Contribute to the writing of commercial proposals and participate in client presentations. Participate in calls for tenders in collaboration with the agency's experts.
  5. Budget and Financial Management: Establish and monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure the profitability of actions taken. Negotiate contracts with service providers and clients. Prepare regular reports on project progress and campaign performance.
  6. Competitive Intelligence and Market Analysis: Maintain constant watch on trends in the Luxury and Beauty market, innovations, and competitor actions. Analyze campaign performance and propose optimization recommendations.
  7. Team Management: Supervise and support a team of project managers, contribute to their professional development, and ensure team cohesion. Maintain a close working relationship with the PMO in charge of production.

Tools Required: Knowledge of Monday, Figma, Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint
