Job Description

Regeneron is entering a new chapter in its growth phase with the new opening as a Regional Sales Manager South Respiratory - Directeur/rice Régional(e) Paris & Région Est Respiratoire - France to lead the sales team within a specific geographical region according to company/alliance goals and objectives with the aim of accelerating growth and bringing innovative medicines. From our first days, science was and remains our central guiding principle.

Responsibilities:
  1. Leading and coaching the Sales Specialist Team in a designated area through appropriate leadership. Provide relevant feedback, coaching, training interventions, development planning, and talent management to ensure team success.
  2. Sharing best practices by identifying the most effective methodologies and sharing these insights with the Sales Specialist team.
  3. Expanding Regeneron reputation and relationships with Key HCPs.
  4. Providing input into Regional and Local Account plans, ensuring plans are operationalized with clear tactical plans assigned to each team member.
  5. Ensuring sales targets and goals are met through effective management and deployment of resources.
  6. Acting in accordance with the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry's Code of Practice and Regeneron SOPs.
Qualifications:
  1. Several years of relevant professional pharmaceutical sales experience within the Life Sciences industry - Demonstrable account management experience with proven commercial sales success within the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, finance, economics, market research, statistics, or the social, biological, or physical sciences required.
  3. Fluency in French; additional language skills are an advantage.
  4. Passionate about Team Management, with strong ability to manage & coach sales team, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Committed to work in collaboration and develop excellent partnerships internally & externally; previous experience in an alliance is highly desired.
  6. 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience in Immunology, ideally in Pulmonology.
  7. Comfortable with regular travel and have a valid driver's license. Conversational English would be desirable, but not required.
