• Drive digital transformation and automation across the Innovation community.
• Lead people and cultural change initiatives to help drive digital transformation of the organization.
• Drive complex stakeholder management - cross business units and cross organizational functions.
• Develop and lead a comprehensive communication strategy for digital innovation (multiple platforms and stakeholder messaging).
• Assure the business has access to the latest digital, machine learning, and AI technologies, including regular internal and external benchmarking.
• Ensure seamless LIMS and digital interfaces of global innovation laboratories.
• Regularly report digital engineering and analytical performance KPI.
