Your task will include:
  1. Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet ambitious revenue targets and will report to the Senior Director, Channels Sales EMEA South.
  2. Lead and manage a team of channel sales professionals in France with the objective of achieving ambitious revenue targets set by the company.
  3. Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts to ensure progress towards achieving the business targets.
  4. Develop and keep salespeople and mentality within Channel Sales teams to drive Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Target Achievement.
  5. Coordinate the engagement with all key players on the market, leveraging all the Routes to Market (RTMs) to improve the channel model from a push approach to a pull-push approach, generating more pipeline and better selling Veeam value.
  6. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key executives teams at partners level, engaging as appropriate Veeam Senior management and Executives for strategic meetings.
  7. Manage to enhance the execution of the Enterprise eco-system based mainly on the Alliances and the key GSIs/SIs players.
  8. Ensure the team's alignment of regional/local goals, enabling, and performing with partners in their territories.
  9. Coordinate with all internal stakeholders, Country Leaders, Commercial & Enterprise Sales Leaders, Marketing, Technical Sales to ensure the best execution and the full alignment.
