Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the global talent acquisition team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast future hiring needs and create proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee the recruitment budget, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Build and creatively enhance the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, also at executive search level, maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and professional organizations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports on recruitment metrics to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • High energy, strong work ethic, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on results.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Innovative and forward-thinking in approach to talent acquisition.
  • Fluent English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus.
