About the role

As the Director of Product Marketing at HiBob, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the messaging, go-to-market strategy, and product-market fit for our suite of products. Your primary focus will be on driving pipeline and revenue growth for your product lines through strategic marketing initiatives, effective enablement efforts, and competitor and customer research.

What will you do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand generation, corporate marketing, and sales, to develop and execute product-led marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Develop always-on and timely campaigns that support the product growth goals - lead marketing strategy cross-functionally (develop the process and R&R) and deliver pillar assets (define, audit and measure the team's deliverables) for these purposes.
  • Own and optimize evergreen product content (from web pages, pillar assets and collateral) to drive better lead generation.
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement materials for the product, including: one-pagers, discovery guides, pitch decks, battle cards and competitive intelligence resources for the relevant PMM coverage, product roadmap deck, etc.
  • Define, audit and measure the team's deliverables for Sales and CS needs on the product.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Marketing and HCM Marketing on how to incorporate scalably product-specific content into the Solutions & HCM value proposition materials.
  • Lead the cross-company product launch process, coordinating efforts across marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams. Optimize this process ongoing to support greater scale.
  • Partner closely with the product management team to influence product strategy based on market insights and customer feedback.
  • Build a scalable process and templates for how and when PMMs proactively share insights with their product managers.
  • Build process/documentation that supports cross-functional alignment on product roadmap and launch strategy with GTM.
  • Innovate our product marketecture for how to present the product portfolio on the website and through the funnel.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing efforts, including pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
  • Lead and mentor a team of PMMs providing guidance, support, and feedback to drive individual and team performance while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, implementing processes and best practices to optimize performance and impact.
  • Build strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, leveraging cross-functional expertise to inform product marketing strategies and initiatives.
Requirements

What you should have:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global product marketing strategies for pipeline and revenue creation.
  • Experience working hand in hand with B2B product and marketing teams and executives, proving measurable success.
  • Experience delivering and leading market and customer research to influence product and GTM strategy.
  • Experience innovating and leading company-wide product launch readiness & campaigns (built, bought, and partnered).
  • Demonstrated success with product positioning & messaging storytelling.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and executive leadership.
