What will I be doing?

1. Acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers
2. Negotiation and conclusion of corporate and event contracts
3. Presenting the Hotel at Fairs and Workshops
4. Independent planning and execution of Sales Trips & Fam Trips
5. Supporting Conference & Event Sales with enquiries and contract negotiations
6. Managing Customer Data in a CRM Tool
7. Creating and Implementing a Sales Action Plan
8. Onboarding and training of new employees/apprentices

What are we looking for?

1. You are motivated and enjoy working in a team
2. You have some initial experience in being a leader
3. Fluent in German and English
4. 2-3 years experience in sales
5. Knowledge of the German and international markets
6. Driving licence category B
7. Experience with Salesforce Delphi.fdc is a plus
8. Expertise in MS Office applications
