Job Description

At Vicoland, we give the professional services market a new dimension: Virtual Companies, in short: "Vicos". We invented Vicos to allow freelancers to team up and compete successfully for interesting, large projects.

Our unique SaaS platform provides all the tech which enables the collaboration of Vicos and their clients. It is an integrated solution of organizational, legal and financial tech. It includes a marketplace that matches clients and Vicos.

Our Vicos are already transforming how digital projects are done. Since our launch 1.5 years ago, Vicos won projects from large corporate clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Netflix, or the German Federal Government, as well as from many SME. Vicoland was mentioned by Forbes and Forrester as a leading force in the market. We are an official partner of SAP and integrated into SAP procurement software.

There are already over 400 Vicos on our platform, uniting thousands of freelancers. Our central team, to which you would belong, has 40 members and is located across Europe, expanding to the US. Our headquarters are in Frankfurt/Main.

Our offer to you

We focus on our growth. We do this vertical by vertical. Our first vertical is SAP services, others will follow. We are experiencing strong demand and need to scale the supply of Vicos. This is where you come in. As a Director SAP Talent Acquisition in our Partner Management Team, your responsibility will be to grow the supply of Vicos, uniting the best talent. For you and your team to do so in a scalable way, we have developed and continue to fine-tune an elaborate set of software tools and processes.

You will not only be operating at the heart of our value proposition, directly impacting our top-line growth. You will also be a key changemaker and entrepreneurial force in the professional services industry.

Tasks
  • You will join our Vicoland Partner Management team. Your core responsibility is to scale our pool of excellent Vicos that fit for the demand side.
  • Our demand side is currently focused on SAP, and so must be the Vico supply. For future verticals you will roll out our solution to the supply side of more sectors.
  • You will actively source & manage candidates: Find, qualify and onboard them so they can build a winning Vico.
  • This is a people business - you will interact and communicate daily with a broad range of people
  • You will support end-to-end in defining and implementing Vico building and Vico scaling strategies. You can come up with new ideas and implement them - from marketing campaigns to relationship management.
  • You will be daring. E. g. currently, we see a still untapped potential in winning over teams from traditional services firms (consultancies, system integrators, etc.) to form Vicos.
  • You will support in fine-tuning our software tool set and processes for Vico building.
  • You will build the Vico community. You will engage and motivate our Vicos to be active members and proactively grow on their own account.
  • You will co-define our overall strategy and be responsible for a set of OKRs, letting you directly impact Vicoland's growth trajectory.
Requirements
  • 4+ years experience in a professional services (consultancy, system integrator, etc.) or SAP recruitment firm. This experience must include extensive work on SAP solutions (because SAP-related services are our first vertical - see above).
  • Experience in client facing communication & excellent writing skills.
  • University or Technical University degree with good or very good results.
  • Excellent communication skills - you'll have to interact with a lot of people on a daily basis. You're not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to someone.
  • A strong network in the SAP sector.
  • Excellent jugdment in evaluating people for their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Native German, fluent English (DACH is still our home market, while we expand abroad).
Benefits
  • Director-level position in industry-transforming company with impact on company results, on the market, and on your own personal growth trajectory.
  • Fast-paced environment where you are appreciated for your capabilities and, at the same time, will keep learning.
  • Competitive compensation plus share in company (ESOP in place). You co-own the company you co-lead.
  • Working with a highly talented team with diverse backgrounds and top-notch qualifications.
  • Possibility to work from where you want, remotely and/or in one of our offices (Frankfurt, Walldorf, Berlin, Seville)
