Dutch speaking Cyber Security Delivery Manager contract role - REMOTE & UTRECHT!

My customer is currently looking for a Dutch speaking Senior Service Delivery Manager to work on a project in Utrecht area. The consultant will be needed to work 3 days remote and 2 days onsite in the Utrecht area.

As Cyber 'security Service Delivery Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our cyber security services to our customers. You play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, monitoring customer agreements and optimizing processes.
You work closely with Cyber 'security teams and Process Managers.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manage Customer Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Drafting, managing and adhering to SLAs to meet agreed standards.
Reporting and Evaluation: Drafting reports on the performance of the service provision and evaluating the results to ensure continuous improvement.
Project Management: supervising small projects in the field of scope adjustments, in this case responsible for communication, planning and scope monitoring.

Process optimization: Identify and implement service improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Communication Skills: Communicating effectively with both customers and internal teams in the Dutch language is a must.
Analytical Thinking: Analyzing problems and developing solutions.
Organization and Planning Skills: Planning and organizing projects efficiently.
Customer Focus: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining good customer relationships.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity and relevant systems and applications.

Education and Experience:
At least a higher professional education in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Cyber 'security or IT Management.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the IT or cybersecurity sector.
ITIL v3 certification or similar
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or similar are a plus.
