A global service provider to the leisure industry based in London.

Your new role

As an EA to the COO, your duties will include:

  • Assist with diary management, including scheduling and meeting preparation
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries for regular business trips
  • Assist with coordination of internal events such as dinners/celebrations, company town halls, away days and conferences
  • Produce reports, letters and presentations on software packages for various team members
  • Deal with invoices and raising POs
  • Process cash and credit card expenses
  • Take meeting minutes when required
  • Provide holiday cover for the Executive Assistants
  • Liaising and coordinating projects on the MD's behalf, both managing directly and / or acting as a conduit to gather information from others
  • Carry out various ad hoc duties as and when necessary

Skills Required

  • Proven track record of working as an Executive Assistant at a senior level
  • Good technical knowledge of Outlook
  • Good technical knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes
  • Experience of organising international travel and visas
