Location: Stafford, Staffordshire Start Date: January 2025
£120 to £130 per day

Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time/Part-Time
About Us: Hays Education works with numerous schools across Staffordshire, providing recruitment and supply services. We assist schools with short-term cover, long-term positions, and permanent vacancies in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and year groups.

Follow lesson plans to ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher.

Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.

Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

Collaborate with other staff members to support student learning and school initiatives.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or equivalent.

Experience teaching across different key stages is preferred.

Strong classroom management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings.
