EHS Consultant

EHS Consultant vacancy for a globally operating Neuchatel based company in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• Performing regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Identifying existing and potential environmental, health, and safety risks within the workplace, preventing harm to employees or the environment
• Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure ongoing compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Providing training sessions for employees and management to enhance awareness of safety protocols, emergency procedures, and compliance requirements
• Preparing necessary documentation such as risk assessments, compliance reports, and incident reports for regulatory agencies, maintaining accurate records of training sessions and inspections

Your experience/knowledge:

• Extensive expertise in identifying and assessing risks associated with unsafe conditions
• Proven ability to investigate and analyze EHS incidents
• Strong proficiency in managing EHS compliance and protocols on construction sites
• Qualification or professional experience as a Trainer on EHS programs
• Language skills: English

• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
• A high degree of self-organisation and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
