Our client is a leading consultancy in the building services design world, working on a variety of projects from hospitals, rail, schools, and universities - no two days are the same. They are currently looking to bring in an Electrical Design Engineer who can contribute to the team with their experience and skillset.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from surveying to completion
- Carry out site surveys with customers up to once per week
- Utilize Trimble Software for Design
- Specify the electrical systems such as power, security, and lighting
- Conduct calculations for electrical systems
- Adhere to standards and regulations
- Complete relevant paperwork and documentation
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 7 years + experience as an electrical design engineer
- Experience within building services
- Time-served/electrically qualified engineers both welcome to apply
- Ability to come to the office a minimum of 3 times per week
- Full right to work in the UK
