Position: Electrical Maintenance Technician
Location: Hull

We have a brand-new role for an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support our team, working across Hull and East Yorkshire.

You will perform the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and fire alarm systems across the Cornerstone Estate.
The position is a mobile role with the requirement to travel to client sites. Therefore, you must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
Main Duties:

• Undertake the installation of Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems
• Undertake the maintenance of Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems
• Identify any risks and report to client
• Work on the improvement and implementation of the PPM program
• Liaise with client on-site teams regarding building service related issues
• Completion of required documentation as specified
• Attend Site Meetings and Training when required
• Follow Health and Safety guidelines and report accordingly

What We Are Looking For:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• City & Guilds 2356 Part 1 & 2,
• City & Guilds 2357
• BS 7671 Electrical Regulations 18th Edition.
• City & Guilds 2391-52 Electrical inspection and Testing is desirable
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
