Job Description
Electrical Supervisor - Established Contractor - Mid-Ulster - Local Projects

Your new company
An established Electrical Contractor based in Mid-Ulster is seeking to recruit an Electrical Supervisor to join their team. This company offers a range of services to the commercial, retail, industrial and domestic sectors, including electrical installation, testing and inspection, and maintenance services.
Your new role
You will oversee all aspects of electrical site installations for multiple retail projects in Belfast, Coleraine, and Donegal. Each project is expected to take 10-12 weeks to complete. During this period, you will supervise the work of electricians and subcontracted mechanical engineers. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will conduct health and safety checks, lead toolbox talks, and hold regular site meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified electrician, ideally with supervisory/management experience. However, electricians with strong commercial and fitout experience will also be considered. You will be an articulate and organised individual with a solid understanding of electrical installations and systems. A full UK driving licence is essential. SSSTS qualification would be desirable but not essential.
What you'll get in return
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established electrical contractor working on local projects. The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate plus overtime, along with a company van, fuel card, phone, and iPad. This role offers the chance to gain valuable experience and be part of a supportive team. If you are a qualified electrician with a strong background in commercial and fitout work, and ideally some supervisory or management experience, we encourage you to apply.
