About our Team

About the Role

You will work in collaboration with our customers and account managers to maximise the value delivered by the worlds largest email based risk assessment solution. Your results will lead to immediate real-world impact in the form of lower customer friction, reduced fraud losses and as a result, increased customer profitability. This is achieved through a range of activities, including proactive analysis of accounts to identify improvements, optimising the risk assessment to more accurately detect high risk transactions, and providing thought leadership to customers during business reviews.

Responsibilities
  1. Supporting business reviews for key accounts through the creation and presentation of analytical insights relating to the customers deployment.
  2. Conducting proactive monitoring and analysis to ensure key customers solution performance is maintained and improved.
  3. Performing targeted rule adjustments to help our customers address emerging risks.
  4. Developing an action plan for key customers which improves their maturity on the solution. Providing business support through fraud analysis and research.
  5. Conducting routine fraud review verification and ensure corrections/clarifications are made in a timely manner.
  6. Improving fraud detection performance by optimizing the false positive/fraud capture rate. Utilize various data workflow management and analysis tools.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrate proficiency with languages such as SQL, Python, etc. and various data types and formats including, but not limited to: XML, flat files, delimited, etc.
  2. Demonstrate proficiency with data analysis tools and processes.
  3. Interest in working together with varied areas within the company and customers.
  4. Show ability and desire to learn new processes, tools, and technologies.
  5. Demonstrate good research skills and interest in fraud analysis for real-life scenarios.
  6. Demonstrate good oral and written communications skills in English. Other languages ideal.
  7. Have highly proactive nature and be well organised and able to prioritise time.
