Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students in Key Stage 3 and 4, preparing them for their GCSE exams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
• Participate in school events and activities as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
