The Role: We are seeking a passionate anddynamic English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspirestudents to appreciate the richness of English literature and develop strongcommunication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles.

Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes a deep understanding of literature, language, and writing skills.

Encourage students to think critically and express their ideas confidently.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting challenging goals.

Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages a love for reading and writing.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum and share best practices.

Engage with students, parents, and the wider school community to support student learning and development.

Qualifications:

A degree in English, Education, or a related field.

Teaching qualification and experience in a secondary school setting.

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
