Discover your exciting roleWe are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as an Enterprise Architect Data (m/f/d). As Enterprise Architect Data, you will play a key role in ensuring data quality, optimizing data pipelines, and leveraging data-driven insights to facilitate informed decision-making and enhance business efficiency and growth. You will be responsible for providing guidance and direction for the organization's data practices, ensuring that data becomes a valuable asset in achieving strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement a robust enterprise data architecture strategy aligned with organisational goals.
- Define and maintain data architecture, including data models, data flow diagrams and integration strategies to effectively support data-driven initiatives.
- Oversee the design and optimisation of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient and automated data delivery, integration and validation.
- Implement data quality standards and processes to monitor, assess and improve data quality throughout its lifecycle to ensure high levels of accuracy and reliability.
- Ensure data security measures are in place and compliance with relevant data protection regulations is maintained.
- Drive innovation and best practice in data architecture and management, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract actionable insights from data using advanced analytics and visualisation tools to support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in data management, data architecture, or a related role within a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and data governance principles and practices. Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with data analytics, data warehousing, and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
- Experience with data quality assessment and improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to conceptualize complex data architecture solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a focus on driving business outcomes through data-driven initiatives.
- Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred.
