• Operation and support of ERP-, Accounting- and Cash Management Applications
• Create, implement and execute application maintenance plans
• Continuously review security vulnerabilities of applications
• Coordination of business demands with external partners
• Further development of concepts for application monitoring and backup & restore
• Creation of application documentation for support, operation and maintenance

• Completed studies (HTL or business informatics, computer science)
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Good German and English, both written and spoken
• Several years of experience in support, operation and maintenance of applications
• Several years of experience with Microsoft Navision, AX, Business Central or Dynamics 365 is an advantage
• Experience in gathering requirements from business departments
• Communicative, supportive and consultative personality
