Your Role - What You'll Be Doing

Project Management & Implementation

• You are the go-to contact for customers, guiding them through every project phase: intake, data conversion, parameterization, training, go-live, and aftercare.
• You ensure smooth project execution, providing regular updates to management and project leaders.
• Collaboration is key! You'll work closely with consultants and teams across Layout, Accounting, Support, and Development.
• For large-scale projects, you maintain strong relationships with clients, project management teams, and manufacturers.

Consulting & Customer Success

• You visit customers, train their teams, and provide strategic guidance to maximize the value of XDMS.
• You identify opportunities for improvements, report bugs, and suggest process optimizations to enhance customer experience.
• Becoming an XDMS expert is part of your journey-sharing knowledge with both customers and colleagues is essential.
• You communicate clearly and proactively, ensuring seamless collaboration with all stakeholders.

Your Profile - Who We're Looking For

You have a background in economics, business processes, or accounting.

You work independently but thrive in a supportive and dynamic team.

You enjoy traveling and working on-site with clients.

Depending on your ambitions and experience, we can assign you to different customers across Europe.

You think in workflows and can translate complex processes into clear plans and milestones.

You're confident presenting and discussing solutions with clients and colleagues.

You have initial experience with ERP software.

You speak Dutch, French, and English fluently. Any additional languages are a plus!

You have experience or a strong interest in consultancy.
