Description
- Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the ERP system
- Ensure the ERP system is effectively used across the business
- Work closely with all departments to understand their needs and tailor the system accordingly
- Provide training and support to staff in the use of the ERP system
- Monitor system performance, addressing any issues promptly
- Keep abreast of latest ERP trends and technologies
- Report regularly on system usage and effectiveness
- Ensure the ERP system aligns with company objectives and strategies
Profile
A successful ERP Manager should have:
- A strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation
- Excellent technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support staff
- Knowledge of the manufacturing or retail sector would be advantageous
