About the role
Are you a seasoned property professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and have experience is delivering high quality estate services.
We are seeking a dynamic Estate Manager to join our team.

You will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of Estate Services, Service Charge management, contracts management, estate management and facilities management.
-
With a strong estate management background and in-depth knowledge of the residential services and service charges.

Experience of building and managing effective relationships with a range of stakeholders, ideally in a matrix way across teams.

Experience of effective analysis of complex data to make business decisions.
Key responsibilities:

Experience of building and managing effective relationships with a range of stakeholders, ideally in a matrix way across teams.

Estate Management and managing a team of mobile cleaners.

Experience of effective analysis of complex data to make business decisions.

Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel.

Providing exceptional customer service to residents
About you
To succeed in this role, you will possess:

Proven experience in Estate Management, Building Safety and Service charges.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Experience in managing Operational teams in delivering key services

Data management
-
A customer-focused approach
