Job Opportunity: EstimatorI am looking to speak to experienced Estimators to Join a dynamic construction company based in the centre of Birmingham.

This company specialises in the refurbishment of industrial units, public buildings and care homes amongst other sectors. They are looking for someone who is keen to become a Commercial Director in the coming years. Before then you will gradually take on responsibilities from the Commercial Director while shadowing him and learning from him.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for various refurbishment projects

Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure project success

Analyse project requirements, specifications, and drawings to provide comprehensive estimates

Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as necessary to stay within budget

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction or refurbishment industry

Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in estimating software and tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
