Position: EUD Analyst

Contract Type: 6 month contract

Daily Rate: £175 per day, inside IR35

Working Pattern: Full Time, Onsite, Monday - Friday

Location: Southampton

Driving Required: Yes

What You'll Do:

As our EUD Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery for our end users.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing stellar support to the organisations user base, minimising service disruptions.
• Coordinating onboarding processes for new starters to exceed experience level agreements.
• Troubleshooting and resolving EUD incidents and requests promptly.
• Collaborating with the EUD Senior Engineer to ensure accurate documentation.
• Identifying and implementing service improvements to enhance EUD delivery.
• Engaging with a variety of stakeholders to foster positive relationships.

What we're looking for:

• A strong customer experience ethos.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Effective communication abilities.
• A full UK driving licence, as travel to various locations is essential.
• Previous experience in ICT operational delivery.
• Familiarity with Windows 10 support, smartphones, and laptops.
