Job Description

APPLLICANTS MUST HAVE VALID RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK!

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Headwaiter/Headwaitress to lead our Waiting Team and assist with service during events, private dining dinners, restaurant, bar and lounge service. You will be required to run sections during restaurant service as well as assisting high end events.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: 32,000 pa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
  • Versatile and positive in developing and managing customer relationships with a high standard of communication.
  • To fully understand the needs of the customer and strive to meet or exceed those expectations at all times.
  • Arrange meetings and show rounds for current and prospective client
  • Achieve agreed revenue targets
  • Track and monitor sales activity
  • To deliver accurate reports as requested in a timely fashion and keep up to date with all necessary sales activities to deliver maximum conversion levels.
  • To ensure deposit payments are paid and received as per contract terms and conditions.
  • To liaise closely with the operations departments to ensure that client needs are understood and met.
  • Ensure professional and efficient utilization of all systems, in line with company best practices and standard operating procedures;
  • To represent Searcys in a professional manner at all times in your behaviour, appearance and knowledge.
  • Able to work under pressure, at a fast-pace and manage demanding workloads
