Events Telesales Executive

£24k basic with £32k+ OTE

Chelmsford (Office Based Role)

Permanent/Full Time

Monday - Friday (9am - 5.30pm)

Our client, located in Chelmsford, is on the search for a dynamic and passionate Telesales Executive to join their events sales team!

This is a great chance to join a growing company, with the opportunity to progress further down the line.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
  1. Handle all incoming leads and book clients for coaching events.
  2. Make outbound calls to previous enquiries to gain further bookings.
  3. Upsell event packages to increase attendance rates.
  4. Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed clients' expectations, leading to loyalty and referrals.
  5. Follow up on leads and previous clients who have attended events in an attempt to gain more bookings.
  6. Maintain and accurately record all client contact details.
  7. Respond to queries from new and existing clients.
Your Background & Skill:
  1. Proven experience in some form of sales and ability to sell over the telephone.
  2. Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets.
  3. Confident, enthusiastic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent telephone manner.
