Position: Expansion Manager

Location: Berlin, Germany

Our client, a leader in the pre-owned car market is looking for an Expansion Manager to join the business. As an Expansion Manager, you'll challenge the status quo, leverage your negotiation skills, and collaborate with the Berlin team and key stakeholders nationwide.

Role Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate properties for new production centers across Germany.
• Analyze costs, benefits, and potential challenges of various locations.
• Independently negotiate contracts with landlords and process location offers.
• Conduct market and location analyses to support decision-making.
• Build and maintain a robust network within the real estate sector, including property owners, brokers, project developers, and public interest groups.

What Are We Looking For?

• A degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or comparable qualifications such as real estate training.
• Professional experience in startups, consulting, fast-growing companies, or the automotive sector is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to oversee the setup of new locations.
• A hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in working with numbers, combined with strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, decisiveness, and adaptability.
• Fluency in both German and English.
