EYFS Teaching Assistant

A friendly and inclusive primary school is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a child in their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) class. The role is for 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 15:30.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supporting the class teacher in the planning and delivery of the curriculum
• Working with the child on a 1:1 basis to support their learning and development
• Helping to create a safe and stimulating learning environment
• Assisting with the child's personal care needs
• Supporting the child's communication and social skills
• Keeping accurate and detailed records of the child's progress
