Your new companyOur client are a leading investment and asset management firm operating on a global scale. They operate out of an impressive corporate office in central London, and are hiring a Workplace/Facilities Services Assistant to join their high-performing workplace services team on a permanent basis.
Your new roleAs Workplace/Facilities Services Assistant you will provide a critical support service within their London HQ supporting mail distribution, couriers, safety inspections and archiving activity amongst supporting other ad hoc functional activity that arises. Communication, building strong internal stakeholder and supplier relationships will be key to this role. As part of enhancing the function's reputation you will be dynamic, multi-skilled and integrate within other areas of the Workplace function when required. Key duties will include:
