Facilities Contract Finance Analyst

This Facilities Contract Finance Analyst will be responsible to:

1. Assists in the daily workflow and ensures the timely approval of requisitions and invoices according to BCH policies and procedures
2. Assists project managers and planners with Procore budgets and forecasts that are reconciled with capital planning and ERP
3. Trouble-shoot inquiries from project managers and planners related to PeopleSoft and Procore on financial matters
4. Process & track invoices to be submitted to AP. Work with external accounts receivable associates to ensure purchase orders/ commitments are fully paid or closed. Working with Financial Reporting (FINREP) on providing data such as in-service date and depreciation information.
5. Maintain certificates of insurance in Procore and Agiloft pertaining to legal contracts
6. Working with project managers to ensure data quality across platforms, such as the correct assignment and dates are entered on Procore and ERP
7. Working with our integrations partner to ensure data quality between Procore and ERP using Dimension
8. Meeting minutes on leadership meetings such as quarterly finance

To qualify, you must have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance/ Business Analytics or a closely related field and 3+ years of experience is required.
2. Financial systems and financial reporting experience is preferred
3. Work requires a working understanding and expertise in the use of PeopleSoft financial reporting systems and Microsoft Excel
4. An understanding of the construction process
5. The analytical skills to resolve scientific, clinical, human resources, legal, financial or administrative problems
6. The innovative application of the highest levels of specialized knowledge to develop financial and operating plans for one of the hospital's major departments/divisions
7. Hybrid/remote
